Excellent comments so far . . few jealousy comments off a few younger guys but if they could afford one they wouldn't have a bad word to say!!

Would you buy this car again and why?

No, only because I keep my cars for a long time, boredom sets in eventually as with ANY car!

350Z, Mazda 3 mps, New type-r who knows!! Salary dependant!!!

Did you get a good deal and why?

Few problems with car as it was not bought from a dealership but these were taken to Hyundai and repaired free of charge before I drove away but that still didn't put me off! Got car for just under £8500 which WAS a total bargain considering my mates have bought 06 plate cars for less but of course you can't really compare them to mine!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

It's sporty looks, It's full leather interior & air con & cruise control all as standard, and to make other twenty something drivers very jealous especially ones I know who cherish they're common british & french makes of cars!!! Pffffffftttt far east every time for me!

What was the dealer like?

Had one dealer service so far . . very friendly, know they're stuff, can be very expensive especially after 30k mileage but come on, it's not a ford or a vauxhall, it's up there with all the Japanese manufacturers (even though it's Korean) so you pay to impress!

What's it like to drive?

Bit bumpy but it is a sports car, nippy for a heavy solid built 2.0i, most comfortable car I have driven, good on corners/roundabouts (max 40mph) best on long journeys as engine seems to hate traffic jams and crawling!!

What's it like to park?

Big mirrors (electric) mean you can see kerbs etc easily, can't see much through back window so my advice would be don't buy one of these if you are c**p at parking! I have no problems anyhow!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Not a thing, I get paranoid with cars thinking there maybe a problem but being a Hyundai, I would be hard pushed to find any faults! Don't know if it's just my car but 1st to 2nd gear change very knotty!!! Annoying!

What's most practical about your car?

Small enough for a single guy, plenty of boot space (got 3 full size suitcases in the boot when I drove to airport and 3 adult passengers)!!!!! Try and beat that celica/RX-8!!!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Cruise control - VERY FAST!! Sit back and admire! Air-con as standard even for a car made in 2002! Leather & centre metal console dials I have never seen in any other car!
