Hyundai Coupe (2002 - 2009) 2.0 SIII 3d Owner Review

This is my third Coupe - all from different 'generations', My latest is a 2009 SIII with the 2 litre engine. I never rated the 1.6 litre which in my view is rather under powered. My car was one of the last to be built. Performance is brisk but not dazzling. Having had both I would recommend the manual model. My previous one was automatic which, despite it's 2 litre engine, seemed a bit uninspiring to drive. Strictly speaking, it is a four seat car but I would regard the rear seats as 'occasional' .It is a practical car for load carrying - lowering the rear seats gives a really useful amount of space - far better than either of my Jaguars! For me, the SIII is a really attractive car to look at. During my driving 'career'. I have owned and enjoyed many Hyundai cars and have been impressed by all of them in terms of quality and value. For me the Coupe is the pick of the bunch.
