Standard scrappage deal.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Good scrappage deal + supposed reliability. It's an i10 ES, by the way.

What's it like to drive?
Very pleasant. Good gear shift.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes. Eight days after taking delivery, with 150 miles on the clock, it broke down. It had lost most of it's coolant. RAC sorted it out, and it was taken back to the dealer to be filled with the correct coolant and checked over. Three days later, with 250 miles on the clock it broke down again. RAC diagnosed misfire on cylinder 2. All electrics (spark, plug, injector) checked ok, so conclusion was mechanical engine problem. Towed back to dealer (Hatfields of York) for attention, on 1st August. Awaiting a call from them to lat me know what's happening.
