Summary
What does this car say about you?
It's not a Porsche but looks modern and stylish.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Nice looking practical car. More important is I am happy with my choice.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes but with only 5k miles and just 3 years old it is like new so replacement is a long way off!
What are you likely to buy next?
Hyundai i20/i30 or Kia Rio.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£7,000
When did you buy the car?
March 2015
Did you get a good deal and why?
I think so considering it was from the main local Hyundai dealer. I got £500 off the screen price as there was no p/ex.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
After a very long time comparing cars the i20 just ticked all my boxes except not having DAB radio. Cheap to run and very reliable with 2 years warranty still on the car and only 5000 miles.
What was the dealer like?
Salesman at Rodgers of Plymouth were excellent. Very curteous and helpful.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Easy smooth and effortless gear change. Suspension is soft(ish) and handles most un-even surfaces. Keeps up with traffic even though only 1.2L engine.
What's it like to park?
Very easy with good all round vision and light steering. As mentioned the folding mirrors are a great add-on.

I found a small scratch on wheel arch 2 days after I bought car and they repaired for free without any fuss.

For me I wanted a car with a light clutch and the i20 was perfect. Low insurance and £30 car tax. Good fuel econony.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Lots of extras like folding mirrors, bluetooth with voice recognition, 4 electric windows, usb, air con etc.
