They like the look of it - the front end looks good, especially in White.

Yes, but would maybe go for the next one up in the range. Bluetooth, leather steering wheel etc.are missing from this one.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Not really, had to work hard for the deal I got and they offered me a terrible trade in price for my car. Had to spend ages haggling and stating that I'd walk away unless they made the deal better.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Quite cheap (for a pretty much new car), good economy, cheap tax, good boot size for this class of car.

What was the dealer like?

Ingram - Ayr. Hard work - reminded me of used car salesmen of old. Tried all sorts of tricks like "the salesman's worked hard, he deserves this sale" - Really? and showing me "official" paperwork with the really low trade in offer "because we get rid of cars that age at auction", which I didn't accept. That and having to disappear to "talk to his boss". I managed to haggle them up to a much better trade-in, and then discovered they sold that car on at their trade outlet for a much higher price than they initially offered me. The salesman was also sick during the test drive, thankfully not inside the car - he claimed it was a dodgy breakfast - really? If it was not for the fact I really liked this car, I would have walked away.

What's it like to drive?

Not bad, not a smooth as some bigger cars I've driven, but fine for a small car.

What's it like to park?

Easy - small car and good turning circle. Good visibility.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No, everything has worked well.

What's most practical about your car?

60+ MPG on my way to work, good sized interior space and boot, cheap tax.

MP3 USB player, trip computer, Air-con, Electric windows.
