Bought in Aug 2017 by Dec 2017 had a loud rattle which happen when the car was heated and driven a distance. In Jan 2018 went in to garage for two days, told needed extra padding behind the dash, that lasted two weeks before it started again. In Feb 2018 car was then in for a week before it was sorted again extra padding which to this day seems to have worked. However went I picked car up the dash trim was starting to peel and marked from being pulled out so many times. Hyundai have been so un-helpful customer service never call back you can't speak to anyone in warranty you have to go through the dealer, dealer is telling you hyundai have not been in contact and this when on till the end of march which resulted in hyundai refused to replace and dealer getting a repair done which I can still see where the damage is. Took car for a service at local garage ways used it to service my cars had no issues at service but a week later the warning ⚠ oil low light came on ran into the garage had in checked over and the oil levels are fine so back once again wait on hyundai getting back with an answers to how to fix the fault code. Once it's sorted will be cutting my loses and trading it in will ever buy another hyundai
