Practical, economical. Something out of the ordinary. Reliable.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
No comment really. They are say its a nice car, but you cannot expect them to say otherwise.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably, my last car was a Yaris, the new car, is not as easy to get in and out of. The fuel consumption not too good, even for an automatic.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably a crossover.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Average price paid. Dealer wanted to add all sorts of extra's on, but declined, apart from having body work protection.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Needed a larger car than my previous model. Wanted a car with a long warranty, with good reviews.
What was the dealer like?
Poor. Car paintwork came with some scratches, these were touched up after some haggling. Dust caps on all 4 wheels missing, air con. not working, later rectified by the dealer. The radiator reservoir below the low mark, informed dealer, not rectified. Tyre pressure unequal.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I tend to feel every undulation in the road surface, this disappears at 30 mph plus. Steering light, brakes light, sometimes difficult to slow down smoothly. Car "Sticks" to the road, and plenty of torque, being a diesel engine. Urban MPG 33-35, open road about 45 mpg. The controls are readily to hand. I tend to scrape my legs on the steering wheel geting in an out of the car.
What's it like to park?
Difficult, so I have invested in rear parking sensors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
ESP light kept coming on. Car booked in twice for problem to be sorted, now appears OK. They said the problem was the foot brake switich.
What's most practical about your car?
Space, although boot a little on the small side. Diesel engine automatic.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Air con.
