Summary
What does this car say about you?
I like to be different. A little bit sporty but not over the top.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They all think it's a great car and really well equipped.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, I think it is super value and has loads of equipment. I would probably with hindsight look for the post June 2012 with the front map lights as mine only has a light in the back which makes it hard to find the aux slot in the front console.
What are you likely to buy next?
Something similar to this one, would look at the Kia C'eed too.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£12,000
When did you buy the car?
January 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
I thought the price was reasonable which is why I travelled to this dealer rather than stick with the dealer a mile away from home.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Level of equipment - I specifically wanted bluetooth and an aux input.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly and helpful.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Smooth and quiet, not that quick off the mark but once it gets going it keeps up with the traffic. It has good visibility and the seats are comfortable and supportive. It can lose speed going uphill if stuck behind slower traffic. The 6 speed gearbox is slick and one of the best I've ever used. I did find that I stalled the car easily in the first few weeks until I got used to it - never been a problem before but you have to put your foot right down on the clutch before it will start again.
What's it like to park?
It has rear parking sensors which help. Flex steer has a comfort option which makes the steering lighter. I had a saloon before so this car is easier because I can clear the rear screen with the wiper.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
For me it is the hatchback - plenty of load space. Easy to fold the back seats.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Voice activated bluetooth, also being able to play mp3 on cd as the track title is displayed on the screen.
