I like economic practical cars.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Not taken much notice, I don't think that they regard Hyundai as a sort after car brand.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, I have now owned 4 Hyundai cars over the last 8 years. They have all been reliable until now when for the first time that I require warranty work. The UK Hyundai garage network does not seem able to rectify faults. I don't think that Hyundai Company in Korea worry too much about the UK market as Mr. Jang Sa- Bong failed on 2 occasions to address my e-mail complaints.
What are you likely to buy next?
A car with a 5 year warranty such as Toyota or Vauxhall.

Good deal as Hyundai wanted the public to see cars on the road.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Space for 2 adults + 2children. 5 year warranty. Low £30.00 Road Tax.
What was the dealer like?
Small, new franchise & was not conversant with all the cars features.

What's it like to drive?
Quiet, Comfortable & holds the road well.
What's it like to park?
Bad, it's too long for standard parking bays.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes the "Stop Start" (ISG) has never operated. I have taken the car to 2 nos. garages, both of which have failed to rectify this fault & the it still does not operate. Due to this I e-mailed Mr Jang Sa-Bong, Hyundai's Chief Executive in Korea on 2 occasions but he failed to answer. I know that he received my e-mails as he sent a read receipts. Richard Hart, Hyundai's UK After Sales Manager, in my opinion was not helpful in trying to rectify this fault. The automatic hill start hold jams in reverse.
What's most practical about your car?
The amount of luggage the car especially when camping.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Bluetooth. I-pod listening. Door locking arrangments.
