In their own words

I bought my kona Ultimate 2nd hand in 2023 and have since done nearly 7,000 miles in it in almost a year. I subscribed to a 3 year service and MOT plan at a moderate cost, so I don't expect any problems over the next couple of years. Its had it 1st MOT and service with no issues, except for front tyres needing replacemnet which I did at 28,000 miles, with Michelin Cross Climates.
The drive is comfrtable and relaxing. It can go quite fast if you want to, easily getting up to 60mph joining A roads in quick time. Howver, I mostly drive it within th espeed limits, enjoying the reasonably quiet interior, which was improved in terms of tyre noise by adding the cross climates recently.
The interior is plush leather, with a premium feel. The back seats and boot don't have a lot of room but we are now child and dogless, so no great problems woth that.
The safety tech is good, with an HUD linked to the in built Navigation, but not to other apps like Waze. I find Carplay a bit hit and miss in playing music, but it picks up the apps without any issue.
Overall, I like this EV and would recommend it to a 2 person family. With kids it is probably a bit small.
