What does this car say about you?

I think the fact that I have returned it after only 4 months says it all really.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They thought Hyundai would have helped me. They can hear my story and make their own mind up.

Would you buy this car again and why?

The car was good, it's the dealership that disappointed me the most. Hyundai said, "we'll you bought the car from the dealership not Hyundai" really I thought that was exactly why you go to a main Hyundai dealer. Hyundai you should be ashamed.

What are you likely to buy next?

Volvo because I have been driving them all my life and they are very good, safe and high quality cars that can be purchased for less than a Hyundai that's charging premium prices for less than a premium product.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got a good deal I thought. The dealer lied to me and told me that I could have roof rails fitted to the Style model. I tow a caravan and wanted to put bikes on the roof. When I returned 3 months later to ask where my roof rails were I was told You can't fit them to your car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Had bought the previous model 4 months earlier but Really wanted then new model. Dealer had a 0% event and the new model demonstrator was available.

What was the dealer like?

Promised the world but delivered nothing. Forced to return the car as unfit for purpose. Got a full refund but that's all, no compensation and Hyundai blamed the dealership but did absolutely nothing to help me. It was not my fault but they treated me very poorly. I will not buy another car from Hyundai again.

What's it like to drive?

I had the manual and it was quite nice to drive, not the fastest car but strong pull in mid range, first gear far too short and I wish I had taken the automatic. Mpg was around 33 day to day commute to work in mainly 40/50mph roads 12miles each way. Total range was 350 miles with a £64 fill up from reserve light on to brim.

What's it like to park?

Easy it's not as wide as it looks.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Stereo would not connect to phone to play music via blue tooth, new unit ordered but car returned now so who knows if it will be changed. Side of drivers seat squab gets crushed and looks shabby on cloth seats. Leather steering wheel felt like low quality thin leather.

What's most practical about your car?

7 seats, large boot and good visibility.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

It was a good all round package and the car looks modern.
