Economy
Value
Five year warranty - what more could you ask for. Jury still out on resale value, but when I bought new Ford/VW/Renault could not/would not deal like Hyundai did.
Costs
It's a big heavy car and averages around 32mpg, but other than the regular service, I have spent nothing else on the car.

Driving
Best on longer drives, very relaxing on long trips. Steering is precise and light. Driving position is very good with everything at hand.
Performance
It's square, it's heavy, performance is adequate, more so when you are on the move. Let's face it who wants to race around in a van full of kids?

Living with it
Reliability
No problems in 18 months/12k miles.
Image
Aprehensive at first, but comments have been amazing with people really surprised at the finish and detail.
Comfort
Seats are lovely and firm, rear seats slide for extra room. Air conditioning is good, as is heater.

Security and Service
Security
No problems. Radio comes away and hides, lockable glovebox, hide-away under the seat. Remote locking.
Service
Local dealer, Normandy Garage, is very good. Sales and service first class.

Problems and Ownership

Other
Takes forever to get the last gallon of fuel into the tank. No information from Hyundai on correcting headlights for continental driving. Interior clock is too bright at night. And if that's all I've got to complain about then they've done a good job!
