Hyundai Trajet (2000 - 2006) 2.0 CRTD SE 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
Prior to this I've always has Kia Sedona's to for fill my needs for a large 7 seater and when the last one expired I was looking for a new shaped one but then i come across this and it was in as new condition only done 48,000 and had a fully service history, oh and it was cheap. So thought I would give it a go as all the Sedona's I could find for same price where crap. There are not many FULL adult 7 seaters about most are 5 +2's as rear most seats are just for kids and most the more popular makes at my price range are ex-taxi's so have super high mileage Anyway having now driven it for 4,500 miles including a 2,500 mile holiday trip I'm very impressed with it. Drives much more car like than the Kia and handles WAY better (contrary to Top Gears impression of people who drive these I am a petrol head and have 2 sports cars as well) as I found out when later for a ferry when on holiday and had to cane it hard I wouldn't have dared drive the Kia like it On the run up to Scotland fully ladened and a large roofbox on it returned 47mpg so without these could possible get into low 50's. It also has lots of low down torque so country lanes don't require lots of gear changes unlike the Kia did So if your after a cheap all purpose proper 7 seat family car but have a limited budget these are well worth it
How reliable do you find the car?
Just been on a 2500 mile tour of Scottish Islands car ran totally trouble freeDoes the car do everything you expected it to do?
In the short time I've had it it's emptied the garden of rubbish, bus whole family of 6 adults and 1 child to seaside, moved daughter from her flat and been a campervan on holiday what more can you expectAbout their car
