Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

Over engineered, but they have skipped on smoothing the rough edges. Centre screen has no buttons so you have no choice than to take you eyes off the road for any and all functions. The home button is a tiny house in the top left hand corner, awful to actually locate without steadying your hand. Really not user friendly.

Constant pings and alarms go off every entry and exit of the vehicle. Its hard to work out what some of them are even for

The tailgate is excessively heavy, I struggle to lift it so my belongings live on the back seat.

It's comfortable but a little sluggish on pulling away unless you put it in sport mode. I leave a bigger gap when entering a roundabout as it has a dead spot.

Really not a patch on its previous model...

I'm going back to German engineering, solid, reliable and trustworthy

How reliable do you find the car?

Issues that haven't been sorted completely.

The electrics keep going haywire, multiple lights saying safety failure, crash detection failure, but there is nowhere in the system to see exactly what the failure is, it just sounds alarms flashes red lights then disappears.
Map tells me to go 80 in a 30, media and radio constantly cut out. Six months in and it flashed up saying it needed a software upgrade so to take it to my local dealership. Since it came out the radio and media still cut out so you drive in silence and the mpg is awful. I consistently had 40mpg which is the main reason I got it I'm now lucky if its 33. I've not changed how I drive. Seems to me it has an inflated mpg, throws up the system update then reverts to true. Would never have one again

Another customer in the dealership at the same time as me was asking them to cancel his agreement due to constant major issues, he was charging his electric version all night at home to find the charge lasted 30 minutes then it died again. The service agents argued amongst themselves as to who was taking his car as no one wanted it. Unprofessional

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Once had the old model which is what swayed me, along with the professed mpg, to buy this one. Really disappointed
Left a good car that I had 100% trust in to this that I now have very little
