BUYER BEWARE. Rust problems on sub-frame. Despite being a known problem detailed by Jaguar own campaign SMS 74031, the F-type subframe has inadequate protection resulting in corrosion.

Customer care appears to be s figment of Jaguars imagination by avoiding dealing with the issue. The expectation from Jaguar is that owners who put their trust in Jaguar dealerships to check the campaigns and rectify the issue should have got underneath their cars to spot potential issues themselves.

It's a pity because the beautiful Jaguar is a fun and involving car to drive but will be life limited by potential expensive repairs through poor manufactured components.
