Jaguar I-Pace SUV SE EV400 AWD auto 5d Owner Review

This is the best car I have ever driven . It is a little too big for street parking, it would benefit from a rear wiper and the topping up of the antifreeze is badly designed and a pain to do. The reason I would never buy another Jaguar is because of the response I got from J.C.T. 600 in Doncaster. I took the car in for it's first service and asked them to replace a triangular piece of black plastic on the rear spoiler which was missing. They claimed this would not be covered by the warranty because it had been damaged and suggested this could have been done in a car wash. I told them I had never used a car wash in my life and wash my cars by hand. I had to contact Jaguar four times but they just went along with what the dealer claimed.I have no doubt the plastic has dropped off the car has never been left anywhere for anyone to damage it. The problem is you cannot just replace a small piece of plastic and the car needs a new rear spoiler which would cost over £600 to replace. At present I am waiting from a response from the Jaguar garage in Lincoln.
