more money than sense, resale value drops like a stone.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Nice car but still has an "Old man" image. Larger Jaguar drivers usually call the X-Type a "Pimped-up Mondeo" due the sharing of numerous parts.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definately not - The dealer I (used to) go to is particularly useless - unless you wear a suit to visit the garage. The car has been great fun to own & drive but the aftercare needs some substantial work.

What was the dealer like?
Buying the car was a pleasurable experience - Getting the car serviced was a nightmare. Worst i have ever come across

What's it like to drive?
Fairly quiet & comfortable, get some wind noise from the door mirros though.
What's it like to park?
easy its not a particularly big car

Have you had any problems with the car?
Recall for battery cable & Drivers door handle stopped working. I must have had 6 key fobs replaced now (They are rubbish - Thanks Alps - not).Passenger side Defroster vent keeps popping up, Speedo & instrument cluster stops working occasionally. Brake discs rust up extensively when parked for even over the weekend.
What's most practical about your car?
Its a diesel i do a lot of miles

inbuilt computer for MPG etc.
