I would if they produced a more powerful diesel, but as they don't i guess i will save for an XF.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Probably paid top dollar, but car was in pristine condition, full service history with all receipts, even 18" wheels where unmarked.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Need a diesel 4 door, so opted for something with a bit of class and unmistakably a Jaguar.

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful & friendly.

What's it like to drive?

Engine pulls like a train, pretty nippy for its size, will cruise at 80 mph all day. Not as quiet as i had hoped, there is a fair amount of wind noise over 60 mph and with the 18" rims and low profile tyres a fair amount of road noise. But saying that it handles like a dream and is actually great on country roads.

What's it like to park?

With parking sensors a breeze, but without them the rear vision is not great.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Not as yet, have a few friends who own X-Type's and they all tell me that they have been good reliable cars..

What's most practical about your car?

Four doors, reasonable boot, parking sensors and reasonable fuel consumption.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Love them all: parking sensors, sat nav, blue tooth, Bi xenon headlights, heated front screen.
