Suitably impressed, Grandchildren think all the gadgets are fab.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Would happily buy another XF because it has everything I want and need in a car.

What are you likely to buy next?

Jaguar XF, but because of the low mileage I do, may change from the 2.7 to the 2.2.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Felt I got a fair trade in value, with warranty and full mot and service.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Jaguar had stopped making the x type.

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful with issues such as changing over my personal reg. Informed I could drop in for coffee and a chat anytime I was passing. Got invited to Jaguar track day at Knockhill.

What's it like to drive?

It,s a dream to drive, smooth and comfortable and feels like you are driving something much smaller. Equally at home on motorways, A or B class roads.

What's it like to park?

It is easy to park particularly with front and rear sensors and of course the rear camera. Because it tends to fill the alloted parking areas particularly in supermarkets I always park in the quieter areas to avoid getting hit by other vehicles doors.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Handbrake registering fault which was traced to a chaffing wire.

What's most practical about your car?

Comfortable driving position with good all round vision.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Reversing camera.
