  • Summary

    5 out of 5 5.0

What does this car say about you?

It says that I can be different but still enjoy the same class and comfort as everyone else who buys a luxury car, also says that this person values the interior or a car, just as much as the exterior.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My son loves it, my mother sat in and drooled for 10 minutes. Everyone thinks it's beautiful. Strangely they also think I paid a lot more for it than I actually did.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Still relatively early days (1 Month in) but so far, yes in a heartbeat - Just like the start button beats when you close the door.

What are you likely to buy next?

I've always bought German, owned, an Audi, VW, BMW and several of each at that. I've been genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this car Think I would really buy another Jaguar at this rate.

Type of dealer you bought from?

    Independent

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    What price did you pay?

    £11,000

When did you buy the car?

    February 2016

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, car was competitively priced and had lots of optional extras for the money, in fact someone else turned up to look at it 10 minutes after I bought it.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Wanted something different from the normal Audi or BMW.

    What was the dealer like?

Very good - did not pressure me, let me take my time in looking around it and inside it. Happy to arrange a test drive, went through all options carefully with me regarding warranty etc.

  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

Very easy I almost feel lazy for doing it. acceleration is smooth and gear changes are the same. Noticeable feel in cornering with dynamic mode engaged, body roll almost completely disappears and cars feels much sharper.

    What's it like to park?

Thanks to the camera really easy, though if you've got the sensors I'm sure you'll be fine. I just don't feel comfortable entirely trusting them with how big the back end is on this car.

  • Living with it

    4 out of 5 4.0

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing so far - only owned it for a month however have all MOT's, full service history and receipts, Only wear and tear parts (Brakes etc.) have needed any attention in the first 80,000 miles.

What's most practical about your car?

Not really used it yet but the boot looks huge, just as big as both an Audi A6 and Passat CC which I have owned previously.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Reversing camera is very good, and I would say actually needed as the rear window isn't great for visibility. Cruise control is very easy (turns on and sets with one touch unlike other cars). DAB radio is great too.
