Jaguar XF Saloon (2008 - 2015) 3.0d V6 Premium Luxury 4d Auto Owner Review

In their own words
As a used purchase my car was inexpensive, but for a modest outlay I have a top of the range model which excels in everything it does. Ample power, super luxury, fairly good economy although I only do short local trips in the main. A long trip gave me 47mpg which was great, but generally it is 31mpg on my local journeys. I still consider this as good, as it is a large car with a 3 litre V6 engine. There are some lovely touches in respect of equipment on this model - Reversing Camera, Front and rear distance warning sensors, Cruise/ speed control, Sat Nav, Auto lights, Auto wipers, Good music system with Telephone connectivity, Heated and electrically adjustable front seats, Aircon, Loads more stuff. This is a Premium Luxury model and it feels it. Lovely/ supportive leather seats, fully adjustable electronically. The performance is adequately brisk in standard mode - Sparkling and Lively in Sports mode and Exciting in Boost mode. A full year's motoring has produced zero faults and the car has just passed another MOT without anything noted as 'Advisory'. The Service intervals are decent, about average for a diesel car. I have never had a diesel car before, but I am impressed with the progress that has been made. This turbo V6 diesel is actually like a petrol car. Smooth, quiet and powerful. I am confident that anyone purchasing a Jaguar XF is likely to be both satisfied and impressed with their purchase. I love it, when I have to buy another car it will most likely be another Jaguar XF.
