They love the style of the car and several have now bought one as well.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. This is my fifth Jaguar and they just keep getting better. Customer service is second to none whether you are dealing with the receptionist at the dealer or the CEO. Nothing is too much trouble.
What are you likely to buy next?
I am keen to see the new smaller Jaguar when it comes out in about two years' time. Otherwise it will be another XF.

Did you get a good deal and why?
This car was less than 3 months old and I got a 25% discount over the price of an equivalent new car.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I replaced a 2010 XF 3.0D Premium Luxury with an S Portfolio which was just 3 months old and got a discount of about 25% on new price. A fantastic bargain.
What was the dealer like?
Dealer was excellent. Delivered the car to my house for a test drive and gave me a good deal on my 3 year old XF.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fantastic. I thought the 3.0 D XF was great until I drove the new facelift model. This is even better. In spite of much bad press, the 20" wheels give an excellent ride over rough surfaces. The 8 speed gearbox is tremendous, smooth and always puts you in the right gear. In sports mode its even better. Gear changes are quicker than manual changes.
What's it like to park?
For a large car, it is easy to park if you have the reverse camera. Used carefully you can park really close to curbs without scraping wheels.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing has gone wrong with this car. It has much better build quality than my previous 2010 XF.
What's most practical about your car?
It's a great long distance tourer, you can travel all day without feeling the least fatigue. Easy to drive with power to overtake when necessary.
