Summary
What does this car say about you?
People shouldn't be defined by what they own. That I like older stylish cars. There is an age perception if you are concerned about that sort of thing.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Mixed view. People who don't know think these are very expensive. My wife is embarassed by it. Son thinks it's cool. Friend thinks it's for old and slightly corrupt arrivists! I agree.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, no critisicism implied, it's great for what it is, comfortable, reliable, fast, better economy than you might expect but I've had one now.
What are you likely to buy next?
Fast covertible, maybe XKR or TVR.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
A pleasure, comfortable, quiet, doesn't feel enormous. Smooth, suspension is a little soft.
What's it like to park?
Easier than expected, this is standard not LWB. Watch scrubbing front tyres with the power steering, (£120+ each). If you have a choice get the parking sensors as on the Sovereign.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Bushes at the front, battery. But I take a pragmatic view on a 7 year old car.
What's most practical about your car?
Four person comfort, long distance driving comfort. People give you room on the road.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Foldback mirrors.
