Yes it has provided the comfort I enjoy and has proved a big improvement on my last one.
What are you likely to buy next?
The 2007 face-lift model, or maybe an XK when they drop a bit in price.

Yes, Ford Dealer MD cast off, got new tyres and reasonable trade in for my XJ8

I wanted the X350 model

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The best ride of any car I've ever owned,I wasn't sure about the heightened drivers position at first but now its fine.Still puts a smile on my face when I drive it.
What's it like to park?
Easier than my corsa!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Wheel nuts seized on one front wheel - bimetallic corrosion cost me about £400!
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing - it's an XJ. Although I prefer the extra mpg compared with the previous model
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The cruise control prevents any more points on my license
