They loved it too.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Only because of the severity of the engine failure I experienced, I wouldn't buy this model with the Mercedes engine again.. as the injectors are pricey and they don't always come out, would consider the V8 version though.
What are you likely to buy next?
I would like another 4x4.

My dads got one and its cool.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It was good, responsive throttle. smooth gear changes. it was like driving an arm chair, the Americans had it sussed for comfort for sure, everything was within easy reach for the driver and it's off road capabilities were impressive too.
What's it like to park?
Nice big electric mirrors so quite easy to park, not the best turning circle and this needs to be taken in to consideration when parking in town.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
It suffered what's known in the online community as 'Black Death' and it never bounced back. there was also some electrical gremlins in there too, the wires to the control panel on the inside of the drivers door were known for being too short and this causes them to stretch over time giving you some interesting in car experiences.
What's most practical about your car?
Everything, the space inside, it's towing capability, not needing to change gear, road height.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The electric seats/everything, chrome work, the seamless auto box.
