Economy
Value
Exceptional level of standard equipment. Compared to similarly equipped alternatives, represents very good value.
Costs
Purchase costs relatively low. Dealer service costs quite high by virtue of frequency of service intervals.
-
On the road
Driving
Has separate chassis, so ride is somewhat uncomposed on poor surfaces, but excellent as motorway cruiser.
Performance
Outstandingly quick for such a heavy car, but if you want to use the performance, then you'll feel it at the pumps.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Never misses a beat.
Image
Not something I really think about, but it's a good, solid motor, with considerable road presence. Has an air of quality only surpassed by the Germans in terms of build quality and Range Rovers in terms of perception.
Comfort
Fantastic seats - like driving an armchair. Rear seat legroom is a bit compromised as no foot space beneath front seats.
-
Security and Service
Security
Alarmed, immobilised. Have Tracker for peace of mind.
Service
Good, helpful people. Strong dealer network.

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Other
Minor glitch with rear window release catch due to poorly aligned cable. CD changer seems to be prone to acting independently.
