Economy
Value
Hold their price well for a car that's not that popular. Not many creature comforts inside.
Costs
Insurance is high if you're young. Fuel costs are high, but you shouldn't think of buying one of these if this worries you.

On the road
Driving
Handles quite well for a 4x4. Can be a bit twitchy in the rain, loads of power though.
Performance
So quick and smooth. Auto 'box is great for leaving boy racers at the lights. Will just keep going and going all day long.

Living with it
Reliability
Starts first time, every time!
Image
Turns heads, especially with the roof off! An icon of the last 50 years and people love the jeep name. Bit different from the Cherokee.
Comfort
New model is much nicer inside than old one. Seats and driving position are good. Sahara comes with hard top, which cuts down the wind noise at speed.

Security and Service
Security
Hard top helps and comes with an immobiliser as standard, but bonnet can be opened from outside by anyone! Must get locking bonnet catches.
Service
Not used them yet, but heard good things about them. Expensive though!
