Kia Ceed Hatchback (2007 - 2012) 1.6 CRDi 3 5d Auto Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
Bought the car from the Kia approved system in March 2013. It's on a 12 plate. Car was nearly 12 months old when we bought it but still got a 7 year warranty with it from sale date. Had 15,000 on the clock - now got 41,000. Have now had the car 5 years. Touch wood, so far all we have had to do to it since we bought it is have a new set of tyres fitted, new set of brake pads, new wipers and the usual service and MOT. Other than that, NOTHING has needed fixing. Car is a 1.6 diesel auto and pulls / drives very well. Good selection of toys. Wife loves it and we're not looking to get rid of it anytime soon. One and only little moan is that it's got 17" wheels instead of 16". Think the 16" option would be a tad quieter. Other than that, can't fault it. Good car and kit for the money. Plenty of that model around for £4000 - £5000. Can't go wrong if you're looking. We have just bought a 12 month old Kia Cee'd SW GT Line - 17 plate - to replace our other old car. A 7 year warranty together with our positive experience and lack of repair bills with our hatchback had a big influence in the decision to buy the SW. Must say that's a lovely motor.
