Kia Ceed Hatchback (2012 - 2018) 1.6 CRDi 4 Tech EcoDynamics 5d Owner Review

In their own words
For anyone in the used car market looking at a Kia Ceed look no further. This car will go above and beyond your expectations with quality and value. As a 7 year old car it still surprises anyone who gets in it. With the view of Kia being nasty and cheap that view goes away straight away recommend getting the level 4 trim to have the two tone leather and gloss black interior trim that really sets the car off inside been told it's nicer than a Ford inside. Yeah the headunit isn't as rapid as the rivals but the car shines in all other areas. I'm 5ft 10 and in my driving position I can sit comfortably behind my seat no issues and with the big windows makes a bright interior. Boot space is pretty decent carry a good amount of shopping and a few suitcases with ease. The driving position is good with good visability all round the cockpit is angled towards you and all controls are easy and sensibly laid out for when operating on the move. The driving itself the diesel engine is a bit rough on first start but after 20 minutes of driving sounds as quiet as a petrol you barely know it's running. Got a good amount of power on it gearbox could have longer ratios as it sits slightly high in revs at 75-80 but still on a long run will return 57mpg or more. Around town you'll see a good 45/48 mpg depending on the season. Steering pretty predictable not as nimble as a Ford but by no means boring on a back road. So far only has cost me in consumables nothing mechanical and has passed all 7 mots without advisories. If you are looking you got a good car.
