In their own words

Purchased the Ceed k3 1.4L turbo with the 7 DSG auto transmission. This is our first Kia. Subsequently, drove to 14 countries across Europe including Portugal, Spain, Poland, Croatia, Scotland, etc.
The car was fantastic in these journeys. I loved driving close to 200 km/hr in Germany!
In my last 2 trips across Europe, I purchased a roof box at Aldi and placed on the Thule aluminum bars on the roof. The car handled very well regardless. The automatic brakes in case of a near collision saved us from a very nasty accident in Switzerland or Italy, where we came out of a tunnel and didn't see traffic had stopped (due to dark going to super bright outside). The car beeped and stopped suddenly! Fortunately, cars behind us were able to maneuver around us.
Unfortunately, the driver and passenger handles are falling apart since year 2 (the chrome finish bubbled and broke). The local dealer refuses to fix saying it's 800 per door, even though it's in the warranty. Also, the engine coil died on 2 cylinders last year (2023) and 1 cylinder this year (2024). This means engine light on, a lot of chugging noise, very unhappy car. Decided to replace now.
