Summary
What does this car say about you?
It says that I dont get suckered in to all the hype that other manufacturers come out with. This car represents top notch value for money.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone who I take for a drive loves it and they are amazed with the performance and economy.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely. If your in the market for a Magentis though dont mess about with the 2.0 petrol or worse, the diesel. Get the 2.7 V6 and I promise you will have a huge smile on your face
What are you likely to buy next?
Maybe 2014 ?

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£5,300
When did you buy the car?
June 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
I paid around £1000 less than comparible cars for sale. I got low mileage, one owner in the colour, trim and engine size I wanted.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I wanted to buy a car for motorway cruising and you cant beat a decent sized V6. The Magentis represented suberb value for money.
What was the dealer like?
Motorhouse at Cannock was brilliant. The service is highly recommended.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
This is a motorway cruiser. If you want to do fast corners then buy a Ferrari. At 70 mph on the motorway I've never been so comfortable and relaxed, safe in the knowledge that I've got 185bhp on tap just in case...
What's it like to park?
Its not a small car but no worries with parking sensors fitted.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No, everything is perfect
What's most practical about your car?
Best thing by far is the V6 engine coupled to the auto box. At 60 mph the engine turns over at just 1800 RPM and gives me 45 mpg, and thats out of a 2.7 V6
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Ice cold air con, brilliant engine and gearbox.
