In their own words

This is the 4th Kia Picanto we have owned since 2009, the GT Line is a nice looking car and apart from a battery issue last year has been very reliable. The 7 year warranty is still a bench mark that very few manufacturers can match. The GT Line's interior is functional, faux leather seats which are easy to keep clean, seats are comfortable, shame Kia didn't keep the height adjustable drivers seat we had previously though. Leg room for the rear passengers is okay, but worth checking out if you plan to have this as a family car, rear seats fold down 60/40 split, giving a decent load space . If money wasn't an option I would get the Picanto GT Line S , has the bigger engine, reverse parking sensors, sun roof.
