Kia ProCeed GT (2013 - 2019) 1.6T GDi GT Tech 3d Owner Review

I previously owned 2 Skoda Octavia VRS's so wanted something with comparable performance and the ProCeed GT Tech model i bought used hasn't disappointed me. It might not be the quickest, nor the best handling hatch around but it is quick enough, very comfortable, extremely well appointed and for the price I paid absolutely fantastic value for money. Spec up a rival car to the same level and take a look at the price!! Ok so the Kia Gamma GDi engine is a little old and therefore neither the cleanest nor the most economical and it sounds a tad 'flat' if I'm being honest but with the window down there's a pleasant if a somewhat muted note from the exhaust on my 63 plate model. The newer model addresses this lack of exhaust note even if it is a fake sound symposer creation. Front Reccaro seats are excellent, no complaints in this regard from driver or passenger and there's room in the back for 2 adults with ease. The boots is adequate if a little on the small size but there is a space saver spare. A decent effort Kia for this warm hatch - well done.
