Kia ProCeed GT (2013 - 2019) 1.6T GDi GT Tech 3d Owner Review

In their own words
The Kia Proceed GT Tech is a great looking, extremely well appointed and fun car to own. It has a good turn of speed if you wind the engine up and go for it when the road ahead permits. Not shattering fast but it will easily keep up with some pretty swift motors particularly when accelerating in gear rather than sprinting off the line. Comfortable seats, good driving position with some surprising features like a heated steering wheel and auto-dimming rear view mirror. Limited boot space a bit of a pain and raked A pillar causes some visibility issues when tackling some roundabouts. Minor aggravations really in an utterly reliable, reasonably economical, striking looking car. It is great value too alongside an all to predictable Golf GTi for example. The 2016 model addresses the slightly underwhelming sound track from the exhaust and improves the steering wheel's appearance too plus it adds DAB radio. I might just trade my 2013 model for one. Good effort Kia.
How reliable do you find the car?
tyre pressure monitor failure and a persistent ticking sound from the front wheels finally tracked down to worn brake pads by independent garage after Kia dealer said they could locate nothing amiss.!!Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Very easy to live with and can be a fun car to drive when you want it to be.About their car
