-
Economy
Value
Doubt if anybody could find a better new car at the same price.
Costs
Reasonable running costs. Unable to comment on service costs as it hasn't had one yet.
-
On the road
Driving
Easy to handle.
Performance
A bit slow off the mark but copes very well up and down the Pennine hills without having to constantly go through the gears, even when fully laden.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Mechanically and bodily sound although the bushes on the shock absorbers have had to be replaced because the bushes have disintegrated (after less than 10,000 miles). Have been assured that Kia are aware of the problem and new shockers are better quality.
Image
Happy with the image. Looks more stylish than some of the more upmarket models.
Comfort
Ride is a bit harsh. Can feel every bump in the road and seats lack support.
-
Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser only. An alarm would be useful.
Service
Problem rectified relatively quickly.
