Summary
What does this car say about you?
That I'm boring and miserly. It's no looker and it's got no badge but it was a full 3k or 4k cheaper than the equivalent Fiesta or Clio. And then there's the engine power, for which in a Fiesta you only get half of it for the same money.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Wife hates it. Friends have limited opinions about it. I don't care, it's boringly reliable and a joy on the motorway.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, life's too short. If I was immortal then yes!!
What are you likely to buy next?
Dunno, Kia/Hyundai are definitely in the shortlist as their engineering has come on a bit over the last few years.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
quite average in the bends, but the acceleration is always strong. The engine is excellent. Gearing is a little long for economy, i.e. have to sit in 3rd at 30mph to avoid rumblings, when many cars could be in 4th.
What's it like to park?
Easy, even for a learner!! Good turning circle and wheel at each corner stuff.
