Kia Soul (2014 - 2019) 1.6 CRDi (134bhp) Mixx 5d Owner Review

In their own words
We find the Soul to be comfortable and roomy, though the boot space could be larger. Interior noise levels are definitely an improvement over the 2010,1.8 litre petrol Ford Focus we previously owned. Whilst I am comparing the two cars, the Soul (as previously mentioned) is comfortable, but side supports do not 'hug' one in the same way the Focus seats did. The interior is holding up well to regular use and no fixtures have obvious signs of wear. As to the exterior, I feel the paint is a little 'soft' and as such, can scratch quite easily. The Soul is still on the original Nexen tyres; will probably need replacing at around 25,000 miles or so. The brakes are sharp, in fact, possibly a little to eager on the front. The car handles well on our bendy Welsh country roads, but is not as sharp handling as the Focus. That said, I found the Focus a harsh ride on uneven surfaces, whilst the Soul soaks up the bumps and pot holes better. No faults to mention to date, save for one small rattle emanating somewhere form the dash. All routine servicing upto date and completed by Kia.
