Lancia Y10 1.0 Fire LX 3d (1987/D) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Small Fiat running cost to buy and maintain.
Costs
Join the owners club, money well spent, lots of enthusiasts cheaper part etc…
-
On the road
Driving
Just like a panda but with anti-roll bars so good fun. Needs extra grip from Uno turbo wheels and tyres, though, as standard 135s are too thin.
Performance
Sprightly as standard and infinitely tuneable. (200bhp from Punto turbo engine is more stupid than it sounds!)

Living with it
Reliability
Good up to 100k miles, bad after, but cheap to fix.
Image
No one knows what it is!
Comfort
One of the first small cars to come with leccy windows and central locking, also has faux suede alacantara inside (like a Lambo!)

Security and Service
Security
Fairly rubbish.
Service
There are no Lancia dealers any more, unfortunatley this leaves you in the incapable hands of the Fiat dealer network which is appaling.
