Well worth the investment great value for money!

Expensive to service but, you only get what you pay for.

Takes some getting used to but far better than anything else in it's class.
Performance
Typical diesel performance but has no trouble towing heavy loads, especially in bad weather.

Built to last, but they do take a bit of looking after, if you spend the cash you will easily get 250K plus miles out of it.

You don't buy them for image but they are still well designed good looking vehicles.

Doesn't get a lot better than an ES good quality leather and sound air con etc.

Alarm can be very sensitive but that's not a bad thing.

New clutch at 80,000 not particularly expensive.

The classic Discovery issue where the keys on the CD player seem to fall off on a random basis, no huge problem though!
