Sophisticated car for country folk, but a working vehicle too.

Very stylish, everyone wants a ride!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely, always best to wait a while once Land Rover release a new vehicle, to give them chance to iron out any major problems. These have been solved with this truck, very impressed!
What are you likely to buy next?
I would definitely consider having another Discovery, especially if Land Rover do not bring out a new model in the near future! If not, I would think about the Volkswagen Tourag.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Bought the vehicle new, dealer had to order in anyway, but got complete interior/exterior cleaning product bag worth a few hundred pounds.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Commercial vehicle with great towing power, but no reduction on comfort!
What was the dealer like?
Very helpful, from choosing optional extras to delivering my new vehicle to me, no need to go and pick it up!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Unbelievable amount of torque in the engine, it is very balanced towing, and you can hardly feel you are towing anything (used for towing car port trailer with vehicles on and horse box). Handling for such a large vehicle is surprisingly good, no lunging around, and breaks are very responsive.
What's it like to park?
Parking sensors all around are quite accurate, only downside with the commercial is that the side windows are blanked out, so all round view from inside the truck is reduced somewhat, but no more than you would expect from a van. Steering is light and responsive, so easy to maneuver around.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Absolutely nothing!!!
What's most practical about your car?
It is a commercial vehicle, so it only has 2 seats, and then a very large tray back inside, with solid floating floor, and rubber matting on top. Stops items sliding around, and you can fit smaller things underneath (we use it for ratchet straps and ropes).
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Heated leather seats are amazing, and the changeable temperature really is an amazing option. Fully adjustable seats and steering wheel means it accommodates any individual.
