NEVER! if i wanted to be stuck at home in an isolated rural location i could do it without spending money on this pill of junk!
What are you likely to buy next?
I want to say a Land Rover but customer care has been so poor probably a BMW X5? Range Rover Sport is what i want. Sorry Matford Land Rover you got one Good review and one bad have to speak as i find.

needed a serious 4 wheel drive having moved home to exposed rural location in west wales

Good when selling the car. after sales? out of ten? 1

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
4.4 V8 is not worth buying. 2.7 or 3.0 TDi much better. I bought 4.4 to convert to LPG which makes it worth having but so unreliable i have not converted it.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Where should i start? In 6 months broken down 3 times been back to the dealer in Exeter i think 4 to 6 times The last time as i speak because of electrical problem that caused it to crash. Away being rebuilt and i have told them to keep it! I hate that car! My previous discovery 3 i loved it wish i still had it.
What's most practical about your car?
7 seats and 4 wheel drive.
