What does this car say about you?

I am practical and prepared for all weathers.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My daughter thinks I should get rid because it has cost me a lot in parts but hey what does she know about the cost of running a car. My parents love it but then they have the same car! My son is learning to drive and I have let him have a go and he likes it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes because for a 4x4 it is fuel economic and reliable. Even though I have replaced the major parts, it is incredibly reliable and a comfortable drive.

Probably the same.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes because it had high mileage and because I think they knew that it needed some major work.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

It was my partner's choice initially; men like 4x4's don't they. But now that I am the main driver and owner, I really would not go back to a regular saloon car.

What was the dealer like?

Great in sorting out the purchase. Not so clever when things went wrong in the first 3 months though.

What's it like to drive?

Great to drive around but not super fast on take off. Like to leave a bit of space before shooting out of junctions and roundabouts.

What's it like to park?

Easy peasy, great turning and views.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Yes, the clutch went, slave cylinder, gear box, fuel pump (in France), starter motor, rear handle fell off when parked in the sun for a weekend. Also, the central locking doesn't work electronically and the passenger window is just about knackered.

What's most practical about your car?

It handles well in snow and never let me down in 2010 when it was 2 feet thick.
