Summary
What does this car say about you?
It says that I am cool, down to earth and solid and reliable.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
I think that everybody who has rode in our freelander (who is called Jack) is really impressed, with the comfort.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely YES. I don't think there is any other car on the road that I would swap it for.
What are you likely to buy next?
Land Rover Freelander 1 or 2 and if I was particularly flush with cash, maybe the Discovery Sport.

Purchased this vehicle to tow horse trailer.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Love driving this car - My previous car was a Renault Clio so was a bit worried going to a much bigger car, but needn't have done because it is just so easy, and being in a higher seat position is a real plus.
What's it like to park?
A piece of cake to park. I regularly fit into gaps that lots of other people pass on, due to the great visibility,.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Replaced fuel pump, turbo and alternator. Rear diff mounts and the VCU all replaced.
What's most practical about your car?
Towing is easy = Visibility all around the car is fantastic. Comfort is second to none even thought it is now 12 years old.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
We fitted a plug in device to connect ipod, which is great because the freelander has only got a radio cassette.
