What does this car say about you?

I go offroad and use it for towing. My friends like it as they think they are expensive and not a bad car to have at 21.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My dad thinks it is great and wants to buy it off me when I upgrade. He thinks it is better then his Jag S type. But i don't quite agree with him.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, especially the freelander 2 but there is no point in loosing so much money on a new freelander which is going to do the same job. They haven't even improved the MPG. I average 30 around town and up to 45 on a run. but frequently return 40.

What are you likely to buy next?

Range Rover. Buy British as someone once said.

Wanted a economical 4x4 on a budget

What was the dealer like?

www.bciautocare.co.uk Very Good offered a 3 month warranty that covered everything.

What's it like to drive?

Like a 4x4 not as car like as a CR-V (of the same age.) but then again it is much better off road.

What's it like to park?

Fine it is not as big as you may think. A mondeo estate is much longer. But you need to get used to the steering lock as not brilliant also on gravel it tends to drag the front end and not turn it.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Yes but what do you expect it's a british car!

What's most practical about your car?

For me it's the off road ability and towing.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

HDC Hill desent control. I thought that it was going to be a bad thing coming from a 4x4 that had a low range box. But it is really good and has been used to good efect.
