Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR (2015 - 2017) 5.0 V8 S/C SVR 5d Auto Owner Review

Cars Performance is good. Ongoing resolution of problems - poor - RR Failure to activate tracker system, RR standard procedure. Car stolen 2 weeks after purchase, increasing insurance by £2K P/A. RR sales harass to buy another car, no regard to trauma of having car stolen. Suspiciously original sales person left 1 week after. - Deployable step mal-functioned, twisted/sprained ankle, could not stand up again for 3 weeks, when reported to RR they refused to plug the car into diagnostics to see if there was a problem. - The deployable step failed again this time I was pregnant and fell out of car, step snapped off the car, could have been avoided if looked into by RR into when we initially reported the fault. - Following repairs and service, RR would not give us our own car back! They did not think to have funds resolved with insurance by time car would be ready for collection - Range Rover demonstrated no regard to health and safety our family/ their customers. RR do not provide customer service and resolution one would expect from a high end car brand/ manufacturer.
