Land Rover Range Rover (2013 - 2021) SVAutobiography Dynamic 5.0 V8 Supercharged auto (10/2017 on) 4d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
This is an expensive car to buy and an expensive car to run. I average 16mpg unless I am extremely light footed... But the joy of this car is putting your foot down. The pleasure from the growl of the engine easily outweighs the better economy (and silence) of a PHEV. To accelerate this fast in this much comfort just makes me smile every time. The seats are superbly comfortable, endlessly adjustable, with heating or cooling, and massage. For a car this size there is not a huge amount of room in the back seats. It's laughable to call it a 5 seat as anyone older than seven would struggle in the centre rear 'seats'.. its not a proper seat atall.. I usually keep the centre console down. But it is useful to be able to fit a 5th person in if needed, albeit in some discomfort. The boot is spacious. I love a gadget and this car is full of them, many of which I will never use, of course. The safety features are great tho... I might even use the Park Assist one day; so far pride in my own ability to reverse and parallel park has prevented me! But the emergency braking and other such features are very good. The screen and controls I am not that keen on. Mercedes computer screen for example, is much more straightforward. I do have to fiddle around a lot, tapping from screen to screen. Off road this car is amazing... but at this price I am a bit reluctant to push it to its limits over rocks and mud! To sum up, if you can afford it, this is a car that will give you immense pleasure every time you drive it... I don't regret buying it for a moment. Don't expect great service from Land Rover even when you have spent £100k plus tho!
