Land Rover Range Rover 3.9 Vogue SE 4d Auto (1990/G) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Everything leaks that doesn't corrode.
Costs
Fuel 12-18 mpg, endless repairs.
-
On the road
Driving
Needed heavy renovation to get steering and handling up to acceptable levels.
Performance
Not bad for such a big car - 100 mph cruising possible (according to speeding ticket).
-
Living with it
Reliability
Endless list of things wrong - but it always started and never stopped running.
Image
This is the reason anyone buys a Rangie! Feel like King of the road in one. Plus that gorgeous V8 exhaust note, sheer music!
Comfort
Luxury leather does not make up for awkward ergonomics. Sunroof cuts headroom for tall guys like me.

Security and Service

Service
Used local garage and specialists, all enthusiastic. Everyone likes Rangies!
