Lexus IS Saloon (2013 - 2020) 300h auto 4d Owner Review

I bought this car to supplement my Discovery 4 (using the Discovery for short journeys risks blocking the DPF). It is beautifully built with first class materials used throughout. It is very comfortable and quiet on the road. The mpg has been a bit disappointing for a hybrid, but maybe better when the mileage increases - the last year has meant that none of my vehicles have been able to get much mileage due to COVID! The worst aspect of the car is the ICE, which is clumsy and unintuitive. In a car of this price the least I expected is a touch screen. I probably should have specified smaller wheels, as the ride is quite firm on rough roads. (19 inch wheels with very low profile tyres). The car is roomy inside, especially the rear seats. The heated and cooled front seats and heated steering wheel are practical bits of kit. The boot is usefully shaped.
