Lexus NX (2014 - 2021) 300h 2.5 Luxury (Nav) 5d CVT Owner Review

I purchased this vehicle for my wife and believe me she’s over the moon with it, we’ve owned an Audi, BMW and a VW in the past and she says the NX surpasses them all, so much so she doesn’t want to part with it. I have driven the car from time to time and I found the driving experience although very smooth, quiet but soft in places. It’s not your sturdy X5 or F Pace of which I had on trial for month. The car has leather seats and very comfortable, lots of equipment and plenty of space in passenger seats, no cramp knees on the back of the drivers when fully extended. Rear boot holds plenty, I’ve managed to get 3 mid size and 1 large suitcases in the rear space without folding the rear seats down. The only down sides I found with this car was the engine noise when overtaking or accelerating it could do with more power. Secondly the Sat Nav is not intuitive, the GUI could be better. Thirdly the button on the key fob for the opening the boot remotely is slow and at time unresponsive. On whole the I’ve been very impressed with the car and if my wife’s happy, I’m happy. The only downside is when it’s due for a change....
