Major problems with sat nav which has never worked properly from new. Wanted to return the vehicle but Lexus refused to accept a faulty satnav as an excuse to return the vehicle, I now use my phone on Google maps. Paid £47000 for a faulty car, difficult to justify that expenditure now. The ride is harsh and bumpy for a supposed luxury car. MPG is below maker's claimed MPG. Windscreen washers frozen in cold weather, not fit for purpose. Radar cruise control dangerous as it has limited range and will often brake fiercely and unexpectedly if a car ahead of you turns left or right.
